The below links are several existing programs and not for profits designed to help families in need.
Maybe if our state government would step up and fund some of these programs, we wouldn't have to start founding nonsense programs like the Missouri manhood challenge. Yes planned parenthood is listed, given they're the nations largest provider of sex eduation and family planning.
This type of blatant waste of tax payer dollars is both morally and fiscally reprehensible. It is unacceptable that we even consider closing under performing schools instead of fixing them, and then suggest to fund a program with no real goals other than to have "vigorous manhood". Our state Senators and members of Congress should be absolutely ashamed at the way they are running this state. Why don't we tackle a few important issues, during this time of state and national crisis, before looking to fund pet projects.
